RO-BER is your partner when it comes to the planning, construction and commissioning of your robot system. Together with you we plan the optimal solution for your automation. Our robots are designed according to a sophisticated modular system. This means, that they can be flexibly adapted to the required work space size or to the available space. And if the ceiling height is not sufficient, the use of a telescopic axis can help very often. The heart of every robot system is the gripper. It is individually adapted to the product mix of our customers, in order to achieve the greatest possible flexibility in handling the various product variants. Of course our engineers use proven standard concepts and many years of experience when designing the different grippers. In this way we achieve maximum process reliability; no matter wether we pick up a product in a single grip, in multiple grip or as a complete layer. If the performance specification allow, the gripper can be supplemented with additional modules, with the help of which it can handle intermediate layers (slipsheets) or empty pallets. The integration of latest detection and monitoring technology, barcode readers or vision systems is optionally possible. Our control system offers all the advantages of a modern IPC-based solution. It combines CNC / PLC and safety functions and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of integration or connection to common bus systems as well as higher level material flow or control systems. In addition to aforementioned robots, grippers and controls, the RO-BER Industrieroboter GmbH also integrates a number of supplementary products. Special components (e.g. stacking modules, forming or pushing-off-units, pallet tranfer cars and much more) are largely manufactured in our own factory. Pallet wrappers, label printers or standard pallet- or product conveyor components, on the other hand, are classic partner / purchased components for our system solutions.
Robots in the GENIX FP150 high-performance series achieve the shortest cycle times. With a load-bearing force of up to 150 kg, products can be handled dynamically and precisely, also in multiple grip configurations, through the consistent use of toothed belt drives. Large working areas can be implemented effortlessly.
The GIGANT series is characterised by its high dynamic load-bearing capacities of 300 kg up to 1000 kg. This series of robots was developed specifically for applications associated with material flow, where heavy product weights need to be handled rapidly, safely and precisely. Especially with the GIGANT FP1000, this is particularly evident with this system which can, for example, change over entire pallet loads.
The LP150 linear gantry robot was devised specifically for applications involving the distribution of goods. As well as high performance levels and a reasonable price, this robot impresses with its ultra-short cycle times and its maximum system performance level.
There is also a GIGANT version of our linear gantry robots. In contrast to the GENIX series, these models focus on load-bearing capacity with lower acceleration values.
