The concept consists of a head unit containing the control system and prefabricated expansion modules made of a robust welded steel frame. These modules allow the work area to be continuously expanded from three to ten pallet positions. The system enables product feeding from both sides via conveyors extending laterally into the work area. Additional functions such as interlayer or empty pallet handling can also be integrated. Pallet transport can be carried out manually, via conventional pallet conveyor technology, or fully autonomously through integration with AGVs/AMRs or FastBots.

The basic module has a work area of ​​approximately 1,490 mm x 1,350 mm x 2,030 mm for three (Euro) pallet positions with a stacking height of approximately 2,000 mm (when floor-standing). Handling capacities of up to 100 kg allow for the processing of heavy and bulky containers such as cartons, KLTs, trays, and more. With a throughput of up to 400 cycles per hour, a high, reliable throughput is achieved with minimal space requirements.

Operation is via a touchscreen panel, and an optional integrated packing plan generator can assist in creating various layer layouts. Depending on the system configuration and integration, different safety concepts are employed, such as area protection via surface scanners or light-shielding grids.
